Limitless exists to fix that. We're a specialist advisory firm working across the world to help fund managers close capital, founders raise money, and ecosystem builders design programmes that actually work.

Melania Edwards

Two decades in venture capital and finance across the US, Europe, and Asia, including roles at 500 Global, Unreasonable, HSBC's Venture Capital coverage team, and the Oxford Angel Fund. Melania founded Limitless to bring institutional-grade investor readiness and ecosystem design to markets underserved by traditional venture infrastructure. She holds a BA and MA in Economics and Management from Oxford, and was recognised as a 2025 UK-Italy Young Leader.

Claudio Pedretti

Claudio brings more than 25 years of international leadership across business, governance, and diplomacy, including as President of the Club of Florence and Founder of Horizon Strategies. He leads Limitless's work across Europe and the Gulf Cooperation Council, building the strategic partnerships and institutional relationships that extend the firm's reach into some of the world's most consequential emerging capital markets.
